Children. Christmas is one of the most special times of the year for children. All the children who live on the Earth celebrate Christmas with full of enthusiasm and fun because this day comes under their winter vocations and it is the day when they get the Christmas gifts from the Santa Claus. Children like to decorate the trees, have fun in the party organized by their parents and do shopping with them.

Holidays. Millions of people around the world will agree that Christmas is one of the most exciting holidays. And we explain why. First of all, Christmas is a good holiday because pupils get a vocation from school. While not in school, pupils have no homework. With no school pupils have no reason to get up early so they can sleep late in the morning. That really helps to make the holidays more enjoyable. When Christmas comes around, it means that the school year is half over. Now you should agree that Christmas is the best holiday!

Reindeer. Santa’s reindeer: Who are they? Let’s make it clear. Santa Claus’ reindeer are a flying team traditionally held to pull the sleigh of Santa Claus and help him deliver Christmas gifts. Because they are magic, they can fly very high and very far without getting tired. These reindeer have names: Dasher, Dancer, ______, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph of course.

Illumination. Christmas illumination or Christmas lights are a way of looking at and showing spirit of the holiday season. City streets are filled with coloured lights. The beautifully decorated shopping malls and the houses with the way their lights glow upon the glistening snow at night always fascinate people.

Stocking. Many children believe that Santa Claus arrives on Christmas Eve in a sleigh pulled by reindeer and brings presents for them. That is why children hang socks, called Christmas stocking either at the end of their beds or near to the Christmas tree and wait for Santa Claus to come down the chimney to bring them the presents such as candies, fruit and other small gifts.

Togetherness. Christmas is a wonderful holiday when all the members of family gather together. They sit around the family table, speak with each other, play games and sing songs, give each other presents and wish the dearest and the nearest a merry Christmas.

Memories. Some  families have their own unique way of celebrating those special moments with the ones they love. In each family you can find hundreds of photos where all the Christmases and many memories are captured.

Atmosphere. Christmas is beautiful holiday. Maybe because of the special atmosphere that you can feel everywhere: in shops, restaurants, pubs and even streets, where you can hear the magic carols, or maybe because of its religious backgrounds. But what can be more exciting than the image of the entire family decorating the Christmas tree or cooking the Christmas dishes.

Santa Claus. Every Christmas millions of people are visited by a short, fat guy in a red suit. Of course we mean the main symbol of Christmas Santa Claus. Today’s typical 5years old child believes in Santa. They can’t wait until Christmas morning to get the toy, fruit, nuts and candies that he always brings them.
