Тема урока: “Collegelife”
Цель урока: совершенствование устно-речевых
навыков, развитие речемыслительной деятельности.
Задачи:
- формирование навыков аудирования,
грамматики, письма, чтения с извлечением основной информации: обучение
анализированию.
-повышение интереса к учёбе, образованию,
повышение интеллектуального уровня учащихся, воспитание уважения и любви к своему колледжу, его
традициям, повышение познавательного интереса к истории своего колледжа;
- воспитание толерантного
отношения учащихся друг к другу, способности к сотрудничеству и умению
общаться.

Good morning, dear students and teachers. I am very
glad to see you here.
Today we are going to speak about college life and we
will know some facts about our college.
So, the plan of our lesson is

Aims of the lesson are:
1. to get more
information about college life and Mangistau humanitarian college,

students with the opportunity for free speaking practice and to develop
critical thinking;

to enrichstudent’s lexical units and try to use them in everyday life.

I would like to suggest you some school supplies. Choose which of the suggested
items you like.
So, those, who choose notebooks, sit down at this
table. Your team will be called “Smart notebook”. Those, who choose pens, sit
down at this table. Your team will be called “Bright pen”.
During our lesson I’ll give you some task and for you
answers I’ll give you red and green circles. Red circles for your right and
full answer, green circle for your incomplete answer.
You have been studying at our college for 3 years. You
know more information about college. But what can you tell us about our college
in English? What words come to your mind when you hear the word«My
college»? Write these words in your posters.
4.The main stage.
Teacher: As you know, today we speak about Mangistau
humanitarian college.
At first let’s know the meaning of the word
“Humanity”. It means kindness and benevolence.
So, our college specializes in the humanities.
It offers a secondary professional education and gives
profound knowledge in the humanities.
Mangistau humanitarian college is situated in the
oldest part of Aktau. There are 27 colleges in Mangistau region.
Now, I want to ask you some questions. Ask the
questions after watching the video.
And our college is in front of you. I’d like to tell
you about the past, present and future of our college.
Before entering the college I’d like to tell you some
facts about our college.
As our first part is the past of my college.
Now I am going to tell you the history of Mangistau humanitarian college.

It was founded on the 12th
of April in 1983. The college had only 180 students that time. At first it was Mangishlak pedagogical college.

1986 - the external department
was opened.
·
1991 - the college was renamed as
Mangistau pedagogical college.
·
1997 - Mangistau pedagogical
college was called Mangistau humanitarian college.
·
1998 - the Department “Foreign
language” was opened.
