Цель: Развивать учебно-познавательную компетенцию- развитие общих и специальных учебных умений ,универсальных способов деятельности;
Задачи урока:
Учебные: формировать лексические навыки ,совершенствовать навыки чтения и говорения;
Введение новой лексики , необходимой для обсуждения поставленных вопросов;
Развивающие : развивать умение и понимание аутентичного текста с выборочным пониманием нужной информации (просмотровое чтение);
Воспитательные: приобщение к культуре страны изучаемого языка:
Оборудование : проектор, экран,компьютер, презентация.
Ход урока
1.Организационный момент.
Teacher : Good morning , boys and girls .
Students : Good morning , teacher.
2.Основная часть
Teacher: Let’s speak about the theme of our lesson. Look at the chalkboard. There is an expression where one word is missing.Would you guess the 2nd word ,please?
THE CANTERVILLE _ _ _ _ _ by Oscar.Wilde.
Let’s watch the video.( 2 minutes).After watching the students name the word(GHOST).
Teacher: Who’ Oscar Wilde? Is he a writer, a poet, an actor? The students give their answers .Let’s ask “Siri” about this man.The teacher uses his Iphone and the system” Reflector” asks the question “Who’s Oscar Wilde?” Could you read us about him ? “Siri gives some information which the students can see and listen. It is shown on the screenboard.
Teacher: So, we are going to read, understand and get ready to speak on the text
expressing the main facts with the help of new words.That’our objective.
Before we start to discuss the text let’s speak speak about the new words .Open your books on page 73,please.Heare you can see the new words.Open the dictionaries and write them down. Let’s watch a presentation. The students watch the presentation, write and repeat the words paying attention on the pronunciation of them.
Teacher: These words will help us to discuss the text according to the plan. Let’s speak about it. Which questions pronouns do you know?
Students: What, when, why, where, when, how etc.
Teacher: Some of them will help us to analyze a text. Firstly, you should speak about a title and an author of the story. Then about a plot of it. What does a plot mean?
Students: The events.
Teacher: O.K. The plot contains the events in a story told in order they happen. After that you can speak about main characters or heroes of the story. And who are the characters?
Students: People , sometimes animals.
Teacher: Yes,you are right. Characters are about who the story happens to. Then we can speak about a setting. What does it mean?
Students: May be , it ‘s a place.
Teacher: Good! A setting is where the story happens. And then we can speak about the time of the action. What is it ?
Students: May be , a period or when the story happened.
Teacher: That’s very good!. The time is when the story happens. Now look at the chalkboard ,please. Here you can see 5 ws and how.( What, when, why, where, when, who, how) Take the sheets of papers with the tables and fill them in.
