them.
General rules of negotiating a contract:
1. Separate the document
parts into segments that identify each paragraph's purpose
2. List the parties
involved in the contract
3. Write out the purpose
of the contract prior to providing the details
4. Indicate any
monetary issues.
5. Identify the contract enactment date
6. Write into the
contract any consequences for breach of contract for both parties
