In our life we have both good and bad habits
According to a survey the pupils of our form do not take care
about their health. The majority of us skip breakfast. Skipping
breakfast is bad for young people; it is easy only for one student
to get up early. Majority of us has chaotic lifestyle, but there is
a good thing. All students of our form do exercises at school.

When someone has a problem, we can give advice.
Here are some ways which we can give advice or make
recommendations.
For example, imagine that your friend is worried that she is
getting fat. She asks you for some advice. You can respond
using the following phrases:

- If I were you I‘d eat less sugary food.
