  Preschool education
  There is a problem of preschool institutions: they are sorely lacking.For kids from 6 months to 3 years paid nursery opened. Main functions: education, communication and care for children. The nurseries are open from September to June of each year, in July there is a summer center. In three years children go to kindergarten, or so-called "mother school."
