Задание:
Учащимся предлагается попробовать себя в роли маркетологов известного
американского туристического агентства "Глобус". По результатам
анализа отзывов с сайта можно сделать вывод, что только 68% бывших клиентов
компании были абсолютно довольны турами. Как повысить рейтинг компании и выйти
в лидеры? Как удовлетворить пожелания всех клиентов?
Цель маркетологов - определение
целевой аудитории (основных категорий туристов), выяснение их предпочтений и
создание специального предложения: туров для каждой из выделенных категорий.
Задание для учащихся:
После прочтения отзывов, они
выделяют три категории клиентов: подростки (школьники); семьи с детьми,
пенсионеры. Делятся на 3 группы, каждая из которых выделяет (на основе текстов
отзывов) основные критерии хорошего отдыха для каждой категории туристов и
наиболее важные его компоненты. Затем, после представления классу основных
важных запросов своей категории клиентов, каждая группа создаёт рекламу
идеального путешествия для своей целевой аудитории. Это оформляется в виде
рекламного объявления на сайте (варианты: плакат, листовка, брошюра и т.п) и
презентуется классу.
Ответы на задание по сегментированию:
подростки (тексты 4,6,9) , семьи с детьми
(тексты 2, 5,7), пенсионеры (тексты 1,3,8).

It was a very good tour. The hotel was nice, clean,
and the breakfasts were great. Smithsonian Museums were fantastic. Lots of

good service. We had lots of sightseeing with the group, enjoyed learning more

The tour was very well organized. Interesting sights
with a nice guide. The hotel was of a high standard. All the food was better
than we hoped. The only downside was the last dinner. The restaurant was too
hot, too noisy and the food was very poor.

It was a fantastic tour. From sailing to surfing, it
was a bit of everything. Great time at any part of the day. Visiting the
Dodges`s baseball match was beyond expectations.

We just returned from our tour of "Historic
Cities of California ". The tour was boring as well as the guide. No
activities for kids. In each city just breakfast was included, followed by a
short city bus tour. Hotels were bad. Kids had no normal meals. No free TV
channels. Very disappointing .

6) Destination: the Grand Canyon
This hiking tour to the Canyon was the best in my
life. It was fast moving and each day was busy with something to do. Rafting,
rock jumping - a grand experience. Our tour guide was so helpful. Overall, I
had a great time, meeting nice and fun other people on the tour. Hiking is
awesome. You will see more of America that way.

All the hotels were very comfortable. Good swimming
pools, animators for kids. Tour was nicely organized. The guide was very good
and the sights were all very nice. Good shopping with children. Overall, it was
great experience!

We had an amazing time, glad we got to see many
different places. Fantastic tour guide Steve kept us on time and informed along
the way. Excursions were well worth the time and money. The hotel was just

9) Destination: Chicago
Nice tour. Probably not perfect for me. I`m young so I
didn`t really fit in. Also would like less bus time and a bit more active. The
tour around the city was quite boring, the museums didn`t impress me at all.
Luckily, we visited a famous basketball court and could play for some minutes. But
for the money the trip was just fine.
