    Choosing a profession is a very important step in the life of every person. There are no bad occupations. All professions are good. The most important thing is that the profession chosen by a man is very popular with him. After all, the work you do with pleasure is always easy, and you do not notice the time that is spent on it.

     Ever since childhood, I began to think about the question, who will I be when I grow up? Like all children, I was sorting through many professions. Who I just did not dream to become. First I wanted to be a singer, then a director of some firm, then I wanted to be a doctor, an interpreter, and so on every time. When I was at home, I always tried these professions on myself. But all this was put on the back burner when I started playing school with my younger brother. I was a teacher, and he was a student. I really liked teaching him to read, write, explain something new to him, and, of course, with great pleasure put him grades. At first it seemed to me that everyone could become a teacher, since this profession is very simple. But my views changed when I went to school. Here I saw how difficult is the teaching work, but my first teacher helped me to see this. Nadezhda Nikolaevna is a wonderful person. She is very kind, fair, sympathetic. And how interesting it was with her to learn! All her strength and knowledge, she gave to us, her students. Then I could not think that this man would become my true friend. Nadezhda Nikolayevna literally lived with me. She was happy with my successes, was upset by my failures. It was Nadezhda Nikolaevna who laid the best in me: the love of life, respect for others, friendship. It was she who helped me to understand that not everyone can become a teacher. Here I am already in the 10th grade, before me is the choice of profession, and I decided that I want to follow the trail of my first teacher. I want to become a teacher.

    The profession of the teacher, in my opinion, is the most noble, the most respected and the most difficult. It is up to the teacher to determine how his disciple will grow, what knowledge he will absorb into himself, what personal qualities he will have. The teacher not only gives knowledge, but also leaves a trace in the soul of every person: after all, it is he who helps to form this person. I believe that a real teacher is a person who has not only profound knowledge. First of all, it is a person who knows how to communicate with children, who can direct them to the right way of life. It is the teacher who opens the child to a huge and vast world around him. Only a person who sincerely loves children can work in school. Children are very different - obedient and not very attentive and scattered, with a light character or complex, there is nothing to do without an individual approach. Therefore, the teacher must also be a good psychologist.

   Unfortunately, in our time the status of a teacher has become low. Less and less people want to get this profession. Why does this happen? I believe that this is the problem of society. People forgot that it was the teacher who raised the professionals of his work: scientists, engineers, doctors, economists and others. I hope that eventually, the status of the teacher will rise.
