THE PLAN OF THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

PULSATING HARDENING WITH SALT PATH

(group № 5)

December 2 week, 2016

Theme: “We are healthy children”.

Aim: тренировать защитные свойства молодого организма, выработать способности быстро адаптироваться к новым условиям, расширить физические возможности детей, пробудить ото сна, поднять эмоциональный тонус.

Room № 1 – bedroom – 21 C

Room № 2 – group room – 19 C

Room № 3 – waiting room – 17 C

Uniform: 1 group – healthy children – pants, sport shoes;

                2 group – unhealthy children – pants, shirts, sport shoes.

Activity

3.00 – 3.03

Wake up, children! Good afternoon, my dear friends! Today you appear in the magic forest. I am your flower queen and you my elfs. And I enjoin you to do all exercises carefully. So firstly put aside your blankets. Lay on the back. Let’s wake our body! The elfs should be strong and healthy that’ s why let’s do the following exercises:

1.      Lie on the back, raise and strain your arms, stretch the fingers, feel like the muscles start to warm up and let them down. ( 3-4 times)

2.      Lie on the back, arms down, raise your right leg slowly, pull the toes, feel like your muscles are stretching and down it slowly. Then raise the left leg and do the same. (4 times)

3.      Lie on the back, imagine that you sail a boat. Round your back, bend the legs and pull them with your hands and sway.

4.      Relax. Put the arms in front of you, breathe in with the nose, hold it and breathe out, down the arms. Feel like your breath restores.

3.03 – 3.05

The 1st group comes down on the “Health path”. The 2nd group makes the exercise “Bicycle”. Children ride a bicycle and start to go up the hill.

Teacher says:

-My little elfs, today we are going to travel to the fairy land! That is why I offer you to start our travelling with the magic path that will point us a way.

 

“Health path”:

 

-step on the massaging path intensively. Hands on hips, back is straight. You should feel like your muscles are working. These massage paths stimulate the exact acupuncture points on your feet.

-go through the skittles (“flowers”) very accurately. Go on the toes. Try not to touch them. You should put your hands on hips. Do not forget to straighten your back.

 

-go under the arch (“tree”). Do not forget to bend your back. Imagine that you are the cats. Go one by one. You should bend your back in order to have flexible and beautiful back.

-go through the bricks (“stones”) and raise your knees high, the toes are straight. Straddle over the stones.

-jumping from one hoop into another one. Gather your legs. Put your hands on the body. Back is straight. Fell like your legs are getting stronger. Imagine that you jump across the stream.

-go on the rope (“bridge”) carefully. Hands are on the hips, back is straight.

Teacher continues:

-My little elfs, you should put the magic shoes on, they will help you not to lose the way.

The 1st group puts the gym shoes on and stays one by one. The 2nd group comes down on the “Health path”.

(Room № 1)

3.05 – 3.13

The 1st group steps and goes to the room № 2. Teacher adds:

-Now we should come out of this magic forest, but be dangerous! The road may change the direction, so do not leave the path. Teacher gives the instructions:

-Raise the knees high, help with hands. Go on toes, raise hands to the sun. Imagine that you want to touch the sun. Work on feelings. The 2nd group comes.

Go on heels, hands are behind the head for boys and behind the back for girls, back is straight. Step with high knee. Now please go like the geese. Stand up. Light running. Run on the toes, breathe with nose. Change the direction by the signal. Now let’s restore the breath. Breathe in with nose, breathe out with mouth. Roll like the peas on the clearing. Check the distance with the hands. Teacher says:

-My little elfs, we have come to the forest glade. But if we want to stay here, we should do the gymnastics!

Physical exercises:

 

Head:

- medium position/ stand with the legs apart, bend your  head to the right, then to the left. Put your hands on body and fix your feet. Pull your chin forward. We do this exercise in order to reinforce the muscles of neck.

-bend your head forward, then back. Hands are on the hips. Back is straight.

-turn your head to the right, then to the left. Do not change the position. Imagine that your head is a ball. Now we have healthy neck!

 

Shoulders:

-raise your shoulders up and  then down them. Don’ t hurry up. You should feel work of your muscles.

-put the hands on the shoulders, turn the shoulders forward and back. Put your elbows to the sides exactly. Let’s imagine that we are drawing the circles. The elbows should be connected. Work on feelings.

 

Arms:

-straighten the arms in front of you, cross the arms like scissors. You should fell like your muscles are straining.

-turn the arms forward and back. Hands are to the sides. Hands are straight. I am sure that now we have elastic and strong arms.

 

Body:

-bend your body to the right and then to the left. ‘Stick’ the feet. Do not move. Help with your head. Feel tension in your side. Your muscles are working.

-bend your body forward and back. Hands are on hips.

 

Legs:

-raise the knees and clap the hands. Imagine that we get rid of mosquitoes. Back is straight. You should not incline your body.

-squat on the right leg, then on the left one. Hand on the body. So now we have reinforced the muscles of our legs.

3.13 – 3.16

Then teacher invites the 1st group to go to the meadow where live different animals. The 1st group goes to the room № 3. Girls fly like the butterflies then turn into foxes and after turn into hares and walk on the meadow. Boys jump like hares, turn into bears, then turn into bees and walk on the meadow.

The 2nd group plays a game “Mirrow” with a teacher’s assistant. The 1st group returns to the 2nd group.

3.16 – 3.20

Now we appear on the Simon’s lawn. So Simon wants to play with us! Game “Simon says!”. Aim: consolidate the rules of the game, develop reaction, speed and ability to play in a friendly way, learn the vocabulary.

3.20 – 3.23

 

 

3.23 – 3.26

Now girls stay on the lawn (room № 2) and turn into the leaves. Suddenly wind blows and the leaves begin to go round and fly, then wind becomes silent and the beautiful leaves are falling down. The boys go to the forest (room № 1) and work with the teacher’s assistant.

Girls do to the forest. Boys come back. Look around, it has just started to rain! So boys turn into the drops of the rain and jump lightly. The rain is getting heavier and drops of water start to jump the same. Look! The sun comes out! Let’s do skip-jumping. We all take joy!

3.26 – 3.30

Relaxation. Teacher says:

-My little elfs, we’ve got the magic land. Congratulations! Let’s stand in a circle. We are standing under the sun that gives us its warm. Raise your hands in order to get warm! I want to share my warm with you! You may give your warm to each other. So now we have healthy and strong body. Now like the beautiful elfs fly to the bedroom and dress on.
