The 1st
group steps and goes to the room № 2. Teacher adds:
-Now we should
come out of this magic forest, but be dangerous! The road may change the
direction, so do not leave the path. Teacher gives the instructions:
-Raise the knees
high, help with hands. Go on toes, raise hands to the sun. Imagine that you
want to touch the sun. Work on feelings. The 2nd group comes.
Go on heels,
hands are behind the head for boys and behind the back for girls, back is
straight. Step with high knee. Now please go like the geese. Stand up. Light
running. Run on the toes, breathe with nose. Change the direction by the
signal. Now let’s restore the breath. Breathe in with nose, breathe out with
mouth. Roll like the peas on the clearing. Check the distance with the hands.
Teacher says:
-My little elfs,
we have come to the forest glade. But if we want to stay here, we should do
the gymnastics!
Physical
exercises:
Head:
- medium position/
stand with the legs apart, bend your head to the right, then to the left.
Put your hands on body and fix your feet. Pull your chin forward. We do this
exercise in order to reinforce the muscles of neck.
-bend your head
forward, then back. Hands are on the hips. Back is straight.
-turn your head
to the right, then to the left. Do not change the position. Imagine that your
head is a ball. Now we have healthy neck!
Shoulders:
-raise your
shoulders up and then down them. Don’ t hurry up. You should feel work of your
muscles.
-put the hands
on the shoulders, turn the shoulders forward and back. Put your elbows to the
sides exactly.
Let’s
imagine that we are drawing the circles. The elbows should be connected. Work
on feelings.
Arms:
-straighten the
arms in front of you, cross the arms like scissors. You should fell like your
muscles are straining.
-turn the arms
forward and back. Hands are to the sides. Hands are straight. I am sure that
now we have elastic and strong arms.
Body:
-bend your body
to the right and then to the left. ‘Stick’ the feet. Do not move. Help with
your head. Feel tension in your side. Your muscles are working.
-bend your body
forward and back. Hands are on hips.
Legs:
-raise the knees
and clap the hands. Imagine that we get rid of mosquitoes. Back is straight.
You should not incline your body.
-squat on the right
leg, then on the left one. Hand on the body. So now we have reinforced the
muscles of our legs.
