Новый год и Рождество

            NEW  YEAR

Сценарий  новогоднего праздника для учащихся 6-7   классов.(КВН)

Цели и задачи :

1.    Воспитательная : формирование навыков глобального мышления через осмысление единства и разнообразия мира обучать навыкам взаимопонимания, умения бороться за честь класса, отстаивать своё мнение.

2.    Образовательная -ознакомление с культурой и традициями англо-язычных стран, расширение кругозора  учащихся, повторение лексики по теме: «Праздники», « Зима»   «Каникулы» ,времён Present Simple,Future Simple.

3.    Развивающая :Развивать память, внимание , логику, обучать общению.

       Звучит музыка песни  «Jingle Bells»

Дети в новогодних костюмах поют песню:

Dashing through the snow, in a one horse open sleigh,

Over the hills we go, laughing all the way.

Bells on bobtail ring ,making spirits bright,

What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight.

CHORUS: Jingle bells , jingle bells, jingle all the way.

                  Oh, what fun it is to ride in a one-horse open sleigh . 

                   (two times)

A day or two ago, I thought I’d take a ride,

And soon Miss Fannie bright was sitting  y my side.

The horse was lean and lank ,misfortune was his lot.

     He got into a snowdrift bank – and we ? We’ve got upset.

     CHORES:

     So  now the moon is bright, enjoy it while you are young.

Звучит музыка рождественского хорала, на её фоне чтец читает стихотворение о Рождестве:

              All is calm, all is bright ,

              Round yon Virgin Mother and Child,

                 Invite your friends tonight to sing  this sleighing song tonight Just get a bob –tailed nag and give him extra feed.

     Then take him to an open sleigh-and crack! You’ll take a lead!

                 Dear boys and girls !

       Our party is devoted  to  the most beloved ,exiting and funny holidays-Christmas and New Year. You’ll listen the stories about them, sing songs recite  poems, do quiz, play games.

  Ведущий 2:

                  Christmas is a religious holiday. It is the day on which Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ .It is a happy holiday. Families come together to share their happiness

  Holy Infant so tender and mild,

              Sleep in heavently peace,

              Тихая ночь, дивная ночь,.

              Дремлет всё, лишь не спит

              В благоговеньи святая чета:

              Чудным младенцем полны их сердца.

Открывается занавес. Перед зрителями  живая картина. Дева Мария держит на руках Иисуса Христа, рядом с ней    Иосиф и Ангелы . Все склонились в восторге и благоговении перед ребёнком. 

Ангел :

      Do you know who  this little baby is ? It ‘s Jesus. He  has just been born in a stable. It’s child is great. He’s God’s son and he has come to earth to save people.

Ангел:

         Silent night. Holy night.

         Son of God, love’s pure light.

         Radiant beams from Thy holy face,

         With the dawn of redeeming grace,

         Jesus, Lord, at thy birth

        Тихая ночь, дивная ночь.

        К небу нас Бог призывал,

        О, да прославят Его все уста,

        Он нам Спасителя дал!

        Он нам спасителя дал !

Angel: But why are Mary and Joseph here? The ruler of Rome Caesar Augustus made a law that everyone must return  to the city where he was born to have his name written in a book.

Mary: But when we arrived there, there was’nt a room for us  anywhere. That’s why we had to be here with the animals.

(  In come the shepherds. They greet Mary and Josef and approach the manger.

Shepherd 1: Peace be with you, good people. May we see the newborn  baby.

Shepherd  2: We were in the fields at night taking care of the sheep ,and a bright light shone all around. It was an angel .

 Angel: I  have good news for you. Today, in Bethlehem  Christ  the lord was born. He will save the people. You will find him wrapped in a cloth  and lying in a manger.

Shepherd 1:Right away we hurried to look  for the god’s son, and now we have found him .

Narrator  1:

                 Somewhere deep inside you

                 Is where Christmas really starts.

                 So give your heart to Jesus

                 You’ll discover when you do

                 That’s Christmas

                 Really Christmas for you.

Narrator 2:          Jesus brings gift of love and life,

                            And makes them bloom and glow,

                            So welcome him with a song of joy,

                            And when he comes, you’ll know.

Звучит музыка радости и приветствия Христа из рок –оперы «Иисус Христос – суперзвезда» в исполнении группы  Назарет.

Участники представления выстраиваются в шеренгу и читают стихотворение( каждый по строчке):

              We wish you a happy Christmas,

Ведущий: So  now you know the story of Jesus Christ birthday.

What does Ch-s mean to  you ?  Cards and presents, good thing to eat trimming and decorations , carols and nativity plays. Christmas is the most popular holiday in Europe and the USA in Russia New Year

was traditionally as popular as Ch-s.

Now we shall   do the New Year and Christmas Quiz.

We invite on the stage two teams with 8 players in each.

1.    Task N 1 for each team.  Draw a new year tree and decorate it with the closed eyes.

2.    Answer the question: When is Ch-x celebrated in catholic countries? ( at night on the 25^th of December)

3.    When is it celebrated  in Russia? (on the 7-th of  January).

4.    Where has come from the tradition of brining the ever green fir tree indoors? (from martin Luther, the German religious reformer, who lived in he 16-th century).

What nation began to decorate the fir tree with paper, nuts balloons with?

5.    Why do people decorate the top new Year tree with the star.

6.    What does the word  “Carol “ mean?(The word is of Greek origin. It means to mean around song or dance or cores of joy)

7.    What do you know about Advent(пост) ?(Advent begins four weeks before  Ch-s .It is the time  of greater  anticipation when Christians look forward  to celebrating  Christ’s birthday.

8.    The next task is to perform a New year or winter song ,the other team should guess what song was meant.

9.    What  do you know about Santa Claus ?(His name comes from the Dutch for “St. Nicholas” He was a rich bishop  and used his wealth to help others)

10.                 Who is responsible for New year in Russia?

11.                 What do you know about the Russian personage – Snegurochka.

12.                 What is the difference between Santa Claus and Father Frost?

13.                 Each team gets a list with the words. Task: Write the words in the alphabetical order.

             b) задание: срывать со снежинки «лепестки» с написанными словами и подбирать к ним рифму:
