«How to tackle our problems? »
Цель урока:
создание ситуации общения на английском языке, формирование умения применять на
практике языковые знания и речевые навыки в рамках изучаемой темы «Teenagers:
How to tackle our problems?
Задачи:
Обучающие:
использовать лексические единицы и речевыеконструкции по указанной теме;
развивать коммуникативных навыков.
Развивающие:
развивать умение строить самостоятельные устныевысказывания на основе
предложенного материала, логическое мышление.
Воспитательные:
воспитывать чувство уважения к собеседнику, индивидуальную культуруобщения

урока
1.
Орг-момент
Приветствие
учащихся:
Teacher: “Good morning Gays ! I’m
glad to see you. Sit down, please! Today we are going to continue speaking
about teenagers, their life and problems. We will practice speaking, reading
and do a lot of interesting things”
Children: Good morning teacher…

Teacher:
“Please, think and tell me: Who are teenagers?
Children: …
Teacher What do you think, teenagers
have got problems?
Children: …
Teacher: Look at the picture. Here
are three groups of people: kids, young people and grown-ups”
Teacher: Let’s try to discuss some teenagers’
problems. You see the pictures. Work in groups, use the expressions from the
card and make up a story about the problem at the picture. So, students, we
have discussed teenagers’ problems. And now could you tell me have you got the
same problems? What are they?

Teacher:
Well, as you tell me teenagers are young people, 13-19 years of age. Just like
you are. You know, students, that teenagers all over the world have got
problems. Let’s read the texts about the problems of teenagers from different
countries and discuss them. Please, tell me, what is important for you? What plays
a great role in your life? Have you got a problem?

Conflicts with parents
During the teen years children often try
to gain independence from their parents. They may push limits, break rules and
overstep boundaries.
There are many different sources of
conflict between teenagers and their parents such as dishonesty, smoking, messy
room, grades.
Fear of loneliness
Teenagers often have low self-esteem; many
of them are not satisfied with their appearance. Sometimes they have to deal
with rudeness and intolerance of their coevals.
A lot of teenagers are afraid of
loneliness. They want other people to appreciate them. That is why young people
tend to join some groups or copy particular models of behaviour.
The problem of coming into adulthood
Most teenagers see adult life as a life
full of freedom, independence and great opportunities. Only very few of them
realize how much responsibility they would have.
But teenagers often get into trouble
because for many of them being adult means staying out at night, trying “adult
things” like smoking, drinking alcohol etc.
Physiological problems
During the teenage period the body
undergoes a lot of changes. Teenagers usually grow very fast, and sometimes it
causes clumsiness and poor coordination. Due to the hormonal changes a lot of
young people have problems with their skin and hair.

:“Students , today we are speaking about teenagers problems. You have mentioned
many things which are very important in your life
“We
have spoken about school, love, parents, hobbies, independence, sport, pets,
pocket money, understanding and of, course, about, friends. Friends are really
very important for every person. Let’s read a poem about friends.” Look at the
blackboard read and repeat after me.
Sometimes
you have problems,
Sometimes
you feel sad.
But
friends can always help you,
And
stop you feeling bad.

Teacher
:“Well, we have done very well today. We have discussed life of young people,
play games and read. Everything was great. You get good marks for your work. I
kindly ask you to learn the poem about friends by heart. By the next lesson
Thank you very much. Good-bye.”
