Группа: ПКД 1/9 22
Тема: Визит к
врачу.
Цели:
методическая: усовершенствовать
методику проведения практического занятия с использованием игровых технологий и
видео для активизации мыслительной деятельности студентов;
дидактическая: систематизировать
и обобщить языковые знания и умения во всех видах языковой деятельности
(чтение, письмо, говорение); расширить
словарный запас; усовершенствовать навыки чтения и перевода; формировать навыки
устной речи;
воспитательная: развивать
умения слушать и вступать в диалог для поддержания учебной беседы; уметь аргументировать свою точку зрения, воспитывать культуру общения, развивать
толерантность, способность к самостоятельному осознанному выбору; формировать уважительное и доброжелательное отношение к другому
человеку, его мнению;
Тип занятия: систематизация и обобщение
знаний.
Вид занятия: практическое занятие.
Формы и методы проведения: практический,
пояснительно-иллюстративный, репродуктивный методы; close-test, ‘эвристическая
беседа, игровые ситуации, выполнение упражнений, работа с видеоматериалом.

1.Организационный момент.
1.1. Приветствие студентов.
Teacher/Students
Teacher: Good morning, students. How are you getting on?
Students: We are very well, thank you.
T: Who is on duty today? Slide 1.
S: I’m on duty today.
T: Is anybody absent today?
S: All are present./….. is absent. He (She)
is ill.

приветствует студентов, интересуется их самочувствием и отмечает отсутствующих)
Teacher: So, if
you are fine and all are present, let’s start our work. Don’t forget that I’m
going to evaluate your work during the lesson. At the end of it we’ll sum up
all your results and you’ll get your marks. Work
as hard as you can.
(Преподаватель напоминает, что
каждый ответ студента будет оцениваться.)
Teacher: Please, look at the screen and think what we are going

2.Сообщение темы и цели занятия.
Teacher: The topic of today’s lesson is “Visit a doctor”. You’re
absolutely right. The aims of the lesson are to learn more about first aid in
emergencies services, improve your listening and speaking skills, enrich your
vocabulary, cooperate, and speak in public. All this will help us learn to deal
similar situations in real life.

Актуализация опорных знаний.
To provide people with first aid we need a first aid
kit. Please, match the picture cards with the names of the things you find in
a first aid kit.

Мотивация учебной деятельности.
Teacher: Is there anything more important than health? I don't think
so. "Health is the greatest wealth," wise people say. You can't be
good at your studies or work well when you are ill.
(Есть ли что-нибудь важнее здоровья? Не
думаю. "Здоровье - это главное богатство, говорят мудрые люди. Вы не
можете хорошо учиться или работать, когда вы больны.)

6.Изучение нового материала
6.1. Изучение нового лексического материала (Приложение 1)
Teacher: If you have a headache, heartache, toothache,
backache, earache or bad pain in the stomach, if
you complain of a sore throat or a bad cough, if
you run a high temperature and have a bad cold in your
head, or if you suffer from high or low blood
pressure, I think you should consult a doctor. The
doctor will examine your throat, feel your pulse, test your blood pressure,
take your temperature, sound your heart and lungs, test your eyes, check your
teeth or have your chest X-rayed. After that he will prescribe
some treatment, pills, tablets or some other medicine which we can buy at
the chemist's. He will recommend you to stay in bed for
some time, because there might be serious complications. The only thing you
have to do is to follow his recommendations.

6.3 Чтение
текста.
When we are ill, we call
the doctor, and he examines us and diagnoses the illness (or disease).
When we have a headache, a stomach ache, a sore throat , a
cold or a pain in some part of the body, we call the doctor. He takes our
temperature and our pulse. He examines our heart, our lungs, our stomach or the
part of the body where we have a pain (the part, which hurts us) and tells us
what is the matter with us. He says: “You have a slight temperature” or: “You
have the flue” or: “You have caught a cold” or: “You have heart disease!”
The doctor prescribes medicine and gives us a prescription,
which we take to the chemist, who makes up the medicine.
The doctor says: “I shall prescribe some medicines. You
must take the prescription to the chemist and he will make up the medicine for
you. Take the medicine twice or tree times a day, before (or after) meals.”
If you disobey the doctor you may get worse, and even
die.
We must obey the doctor (we must follow his orders if we want
to get better. If we have a temperature we must stay in bed and take the
medicine he prescribes. If we cannot get better at home, we must go to
hospital.
If you need an operation, for a example if you have
appendicitis a surgeon performs the operations on you. If we are too ill to
walk, we go to a hospital in the ambulance. After our illness we can go to a sanatorium
until we are strong again.
When we have toothache (when a tooth hurts us), we go to the
dentist, the dentist examines out teeth. The dentist asks: “which tooth hurts
you?” He sais: “That tooth has a cavity. I must stop it (I must put in a
feeling). If the tooth is a too bad the dentist extracts it.

Now you know what to do to be healthy and fit. So, you can give advice. Now
let’s read the
situation in your activity sheets and help the person.
George
Smith smokes 40 cigarettes a day. He gets up late every morning,
and drives to a café in the next street. He has a big breakfast and takes
three spoons of sugar in his tea. Then he drives to the pub, and has 3 or 4
pints of beer before a big lunch. He never has any fruit after his lunch,
because he prefers to have cake or sweets. The only exercise he gets is when
he walks upstairs for his afternoon sleep. Later, he has a few more pints of
beer and a big dinner, and then he watches television till midnight. At 2.00
he goes to bed, has a few last cigarettes, and goes to sleep with all his
windows closed.
Let’s
sum up the information we’ve learnt. What are the ways to keep fit? (Студенты

9. Домашнее задание.
Teacher: Make up your own dialogue. Don’t forget to mention the
symptoms of the disease and the doctor’s advice.

собственный диалог. Не забудьте назвать симптомы болезни и рассказать о том,
какой совет дал доктор.)
10.Подведение
итогов занятия. Оценивание студентов.
Teacher: I’m pleased with your work. You were very attentive.
The majority of students were active at doing tasks. You didn’t manage to avoid
some grammar and pronunciation mistakes. But they are not so serious.
(Я
довольна вашей работой. Вы были
внимательны. Большинство студентов были активны при выполнении заданий. Вам не
удалось избежать грамматических и фонетических ошибок, но они не были
существенными.)
