afternoon, I am glad to see you.
How are you today? What’s the weather like today? Do you like it and
why?
Students: answer the
questions, ask teacher the same

I like the weather today because it is… I don’t like the weather today
because it is… What about you?)
Warm Up (5 min)
T: Unfortunately, we haven’t
met yesterday, but I hope you have done all the tasks. So, today we have lots
to do. Let’s begin our lesson.
Tell me, please, what topics have we discussed lately?
S: We have
discussed different illnesses and other health problems, how get rid of them,
we’ve found out about medicine and home remedies, made up dialogues about
visits to a doctor.
T: That’s right. It’s high
time to sum up all the material now, as we’re going to
have a test soon. Today we are going to remember all the lexis and use it in various
situations.

Let’s
do some exercises. First of all, let’s remember some word combinations and
translate them into Russian. Please look on the screen and raise your hands to
answer.

done! Health problems isn’t a topic that pleasant to talk about, so we should
relax a little now. I’ll turn on the calm music and you should close your eyes
for several minutes just sit, relax, listen to music and think about positive
things.

write letters to your different pen friends from English speaking countries.
Now I have some extracts from their letters to you. Some of them have problems.
To my mind we should give them advice. Take it and think a little what you can
