Actuality Nourishment is one from the very natural of life process. It seems we must not think about nourishment. However, such attitude to nourishment bring to sad consequences.
Study is intellectual labour. Right nourishment is rational balanced nourishment.
Three basic principle rational nourishment: 1. Energetic balanced nourishment. 2. Varlety of nourishment To be healthy we must receive to 70 different substance (albumen, carbohydrate, greases). 3. Observance of regime.
Albumens are basis many tissues. Source of albumens cheese, meat, fish, eggs, milk, pea,
Greases and carbohydrate are fundamental source of energy: flour, potatoes, grits, vegetables, fruits, berries.
Mineral salts Calcium, phosphorus are in composition of bones and brain. Iron is in composition of blood.
Vitamins Vitamin A influence on growth and development, improve sight in twilight. Vitamin B keep in bread and fruits. Vitamin C rices resistance of organism to infection, strengthens teeth, bones.

Conclusion: This school lunch is hot – there are enough sguirrel, fat and carbohyd rates. This dinner is low in vitamins. When theratio 1: 1: 4 in thes fat lunch and lacks many carbonydrates.
