Тема урока
- «Profiles» («Внешность
и характер человека»)
Цель урока
– свободное владение лексическими единицами и грамматическими структурами при
обсуждении темы «Внешность и характер человека»
Задачи урока
–
1) образовательные:
Формировать
умение употреблять изученные лексические единицы в речи учащихся;
формировать
навыки англоязычного произношения;
формировать
грамматические навыки: употребление причастий
формировать
навыки собственного суждения по данной теме.
2) развивающие:
развивать
навыки фонетического слуха; аудирования;
развивать
интерактивно-коммуникативные способности;
совершенствовать
навыки в диалогической и монологической речи, чтении и аудировании;
развивать
мыслительную активность учащихся.
3)
обучающие:
учить
употреблять в речи знакомые и новые лексические единицы;
учить
описывать внешность человека.
3) воспитательные:
воспитывать
у учащихся уважение к своим сверстникам;
терпимости
к индивидуальности других,
воспитывать
у учащихся интерес к потребности принимать участие в общении на
английском языке.
Ход урока
I.Начало
урока
1. Организационный
момент.
T: Good morning,
pupils.
Today we are going to speak about people. We are
all different and it’s really great, it makes our life more interesting. But
what makes people different?
Ss: Their appearance, their nationality, their character etc.
We are going to speak about people’s appearance,
hobbies and traits of character. During the lesson you will practice in
speaking, listening and reading. We’ll also remember grammer rules and play a
game. At the end of the lesson you’ll make a project. But first let’s practice
in phonetics and remember some words you’ll need during the lesson.

What colour are her eyes?
2)And what about this woman?
( She is the Duchess from the book
“Alice in
Wonderland”)
Is she beautiful?
Is she slim?
Is she tall or short?
What can you say about her hair
3) And now look at this popular
character. ( His name is Scrooge. This character is from
the book” A Christmas Carol” by Ch.Dickens.)
Is he short or tall?
Is he thin or fat?
And what about his age? Is he
middle-aged or young?
4) His name is Bob Cratchit. Describe
him. ( He is from the book “A Christmas
Carol”)
5)Well, let’s describe one more well-known
character. ( Dorothy. This character is from “The
Wonderful Wizard of Oz”-Волшебник

What about her build? Is she plump or thin?
Is her hair curly or straight?
Is her face round or thin?
Has she got any special features?
6) OK. And what can you say about this
character? ( This is Wicked Witch from “The

7) The next character is Peter Pan.
Is he short? Is he thin? What colour are his
eyes? Are they large?

Предтекстовый этап. T: Look through the
text. - Where are Clara and Fiona: at the theatre or at a party? ( They are at
a party.) – Which characters in ex.1 were in the play? (Alice and the Duches
were in the play.)
Прослушивание грамзаписи текста.
Текстовый этап. Чтение.
Послетекстовый этап: контроль понимания
прочитанного.

2) T: Explain the words in bold: СЛАЙД 5

Introduce ( meet and tell sb. your name) –представиться.
3. Развитие
умений и навыков в грамматике. Ознакомление с причастиями.

disappointed)
---Ознакомление с порядком употребления
прилагательных в предложении.

4.Физкультминутка.

Составление диалогов. СЛАЙД 6 Look at the slide and

6. Монологическая речь учащихся. Рассказы о своих друзьях,
родственниках.

III. Конец урока.

Подведение итога урока. At the end of the lesson I would like you to
