T: -Good afternoon pupils and our respectful guests! Welcome
to gym of our school. Today we have extra-curricular open lesson.
The lesson is held for the purpose of
increase the interest of pupils in studying of English. Our lesson consists of
5 stretches: the ABC; let’s count; English grammar; let’s read; let’s guess.
From each class are chosen about 7 pupils. And every team think out the name.
For each truly performed task the team gets point. Students should
stretch for 5-7 minutes. The
winner team is defined by calculation of score, earned from each stretches.
Winners of the lesson are awarded with prizes.
The theme of our lesson is
Pupils we learned English language. And we must read,
answer the questions, speak very well!

Lesson course: Pupils
divide into teams. Select a stating line (point A and a point B) some distance
away. Students line up in their respective teams at point A, and the relay
races begin. Students can either run, hop, walk, etc. from point A to point B. Pupils
can use gym equipment to make the races more challenging. For example, one
relay can require pupils to dribble a basketball. Teams are encouraged to cheer
for their team members. Good sports friendship should be emphasized.
Materials:
Materials for relay races could include jump ropes, basketballs, soccer balls
or any other gym equipment. Relay races can take place in the gym or else on
the playground. Orange cones or some other marker are helpful to indicate the
starting line and point B.
