Try to guess what we are going to discuss today?

You are quite right .Let’s talk about the Earth and the Earth’s problems. During the lesson we’ll do different activities which will help us become greener.

2. At first look at the screen. Do you know these words? Let’s do the matching.( tree, rubbish, plastic bag, turtle, paper)

3. Ok let’s watch the video again and complete the second task. Name, read it. Name, complete this task on the blackboard. (VIDEO )

What Earth problems were mentioned in the video? ( People cut down trees. The way people live has changed the climate and the ice in the Arctic and Antarctic melts. People throw rubbish into the oceans and many animals die. Many plants and factories pollute rivers.)

4. I’d like to invite you to project work. Choose a partner for this activity. Take a picture you like, discuss it and make a poster. Complete your poster with the suitable note. You have 2 minutes to complete the task then be ready to present your projects. Try to be creative.

5. It’s time to present your projects.

6. Great work. Well done. We’ll show these posters to your schoolmates.

7. Now let’s learn some practical skills. What can we do to make our world cleaner? Come up to the board and try to clean up this river.

Of course, it was a game a lot of people work as volunteers and clean up our planet maybe one day you’ll join them.
