Цели: 1.
Систематизировать знания учащихся по теме «Экология», по проблемам и способам
защиты окружающей среды. 2. Подготовить учащихся к последующему выполнению
проекта «Земля – наш дом».
Задачи: 1.
Обучающая: совершенствование знаний и навыков учащихся по употреблению лексики
по теме «Экология».
2. Развивающая: развитие умения работать в группе, готовности к коммуникации,
умения высказываться по теме.
3. Воспитывающая: воспитание бережного отношения к природе и чувства ответственности
каждого человека за будущее планеты.

Good afternoon,
children. Glad to see you again. Today we’ll work in two groups. Imagine that
you are ecologists and the theme of our lesson is (слайд1) “Ecology. Save the
planet.”
2. Речевая
зарядка.
Every day
listening to the radio or watching TV, reading newspapers we hear or read the
word “ecology”. Please, tell me what is ecology? What is environment? Many
years ago people didn’t have the idea of the term “ecology”. Well, and what is
happening now?

Now I would you to watch the video clip
for the song of Michael Jackson “Earth song”. I think you
have heard it. But think over the words of the song. What is the main idea of
the song? (To save the Earth, to refuse from deforestation, not to destroy the
rare species of animals).

But we know that people sometimes treat
the Earth badly. They break the rules. Look at the pictures and say wherepollution
comes from.

Earth Day
The first Earth
Day was held in the USA in April, 1970. At that time, Americans were just
beginning to learn about the problems facing the planet. Now April 22 is a
special day around the world. On that day inhabitants of the Earth celebrate
Earth Day. Earth Day is the time when many people show that they care for our
fragile planet. They show concern about the threats the planet faces –
distinction of rainforest, holes in ozone layer, the greenhouse effect, too
much garbage, and all forms of air and water pollution. It is the day for
people to learn what they can do to preserve the Earth.
Legend
Once there was a
wise old man. He could answer any questions in the world. Everybody knew about
him. One day two boys said, “We are going to fool that old man. We’ll catch a bird;
go to the old man and say, “We are holding something in our hands. Is it alive
or dead?” If he says “dead”, we let the bird fly. And if he says “alive “,
we’ll kill it. They caught the bird and carried it to the old man and said “We
are holding something in our hands. Is it alive or dead?” And the old wise man
looked at the young people and smiled. “It is in your hands,” he said.

11.Тезисы к будущему проекту.
Работая в группах, учащиеся разрабатывают тезисы и записывают их на листочках в
виде листьев дерева. Затем зачитывают их вслух и крепят к картине со стволом
дерева без листьев. Так на дереве появляются листья. Примеры тезисов:
