We hear of music almost in every movie. We are so accustomed to it that sometimes we don’t pay attention-why do we need music in the film, what is its purpose? Does music change anything in the perception of the movie audience or just reinforces the impression? Is the composer one of the authors of the film on a range with Director and screenwriter or does he subject to them?
Quite often, when we watch a film, part of our attention is given to musical accompaniment. Thanks to it, we learn better what is happening on the screen, can predict future actions of the characters, or simply enjoy a beautifully machined piece of film. Movies and music were together from the beginning of cinema, because the sound film were appeared 30 years ago after the invention of the cinematograph, and earlier, in the era of silent films, movie music created orchestras. Now everything is much easier. With the help of special programs music can be applied and almost everybody can do it.
Some years ago it was not bad to include in the accompaniment of music of Chopin and Haydn, Beethoven and Vivaldi, the genius Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Shostakovich. Their beautiful melodies revived dozens of films. But due to various reasons, in order to stay ahead of the competition, the company of Hollywood began to create special music for their films - soundtracks.

His name is Hans Zimmer He was born September 12, 1957 in Frankfurt (Germany). His Full name is Hans Florian Zimmer. As a teenager he moved to London, where he began his composing career working in advertising. In the 70's on the lessons guitar Zimmer met Jay Rifkin, in the future, their friendship turns into cooperation, together they moved to Los Angeles where he would create a recording Studio.
His video for "Video Killed the Radio Star" became an international hit and opened a new era of global entertainment as the first music video, which was shown on MTV.
