T: First I want to divide you into two groups. Now please come here and take papers. If you have good food you sit here, if you have bad food so you should sit to that way.

“Thousands of teenagers are overweight”, says Health farm manager Mr. White “many teenagers often do not know how to it well and stay healthy like Karen”
Karen was 13 years old. She weight 110kilos and was 1.55m tall. Karen usually had a large bowl of cereal with a few spoons of sugar for breakfast. At school she always bought a chocolate at break time and every lunch time she fried food and she often ate a pocket of biscuits or a box of chocolates in front of the television. She sometimes went out for a take away Chinese meal or a pizza before going to bed. Karen never ate any fruit and she rarely had fresh vegetables. Her main exercise was changing the TV channel or opening the fridge door.
Health farm helped Karen with her diet and exercise plan. She now eats lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and goes swimming regularly- she never did any sport before because she was always so worried about her size. She now weighs 60 kilos and is still losing weight.
Mr. White says, “Teenagers often come to the farm depressed and with very little confidence. When they leave us they are usually happier and much more confident about themselves”.

THE HEALTHY FOODS LIST
Here is a basic list of healthy foods that most people can agree on:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Fresh leafy greens
Cold pressed extra virgin oils
Raw nuts and seeds
Seaweeds and sea vegetables
THE UNHEALTHY FOODS LIST
Processed “white” foods like white breads, white pastas, etc.
Refined white sugar, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame
Addictive substances like MSG, and other “taste enhancing” chemicals
Processed, denatured fats and oils that the body cannot deal with
HOW TO INCLUDE MORE HEALTHY FOODS AND LESS UNHEALTHY FOODS
I honestly believe that in order to eat more healthy foods we need to leave some of the unhealthy foods behind. If you’re too full from eating an entire bag of chips and a 1L bottle of Coke, then you’re not going to be inspired to eat an apple. Let alone a salad.
Students are going to write a list of healthy and unhealthy foods on the board.Which group finishes first they will be winners.

Difference between Healthy and Unhealthy Foods
Everyone wants to eat delicious food and enjoy the taste of life. Apart of enjoying the food, individual forgot to focus on the quality of meal. There are multiple differences between healthy and Unhealthy foods through which you can easily decide what to choose for eating.
It is referred as the food which is beneficial for health in terms of nutrition and it also fits your body. Healthy food may be considered as organic food (pure from chemicals), whole foods and natural food etc.
The best way to describe the unhealthy food is the less nutritional food containing high amount of calories, fat and sugar. This type of food is high in protein although body needs protein but in a particular amount.
These are some health habits people usually have. Look through them first and say which of them are good habits.
- eating meals regularly
- walking in the open air
- going to bed in time
- getting up early
- cleaning teeth
- washing hands before and after eating
- doing morning exercises
- going to bed late
- sleeping too much
- eating too much
- drinking alcohol
The English people say: “Health is the best wealth”. They are right!
