Урок открытия нового знания
Цель:
формирование метапредметных и компенсаторных умений и навыков учащихся при
работе с текстами социокультурной направленности.
Задачи:
· воспринимать письменные и устные тексты,
· преобразовывать содержащуюся в них информацию,
· представлять информацию в сжатом виде,
· расширить
страноведческие и лингвистические знания учащихся,
· совершенствовать
умения и навыки практического владения английским языком,
· закрепить
лексический и грамматический материал.
Формы работы: фронтальная,
групповая, парная

раздаточный материал, видеофрагмент, электронная доска
Формирование УУД:
Личностные: укрепление
интереса к овладению английским языком, воспитание
уважительного отношения к зарубежной культуре, формирование
бытовых навыков (знание географических названий, особенностей страны изучаемого
языка, фразы клише по теме: «Путешествия»);
Регулятивные: применение знакомого
языкового материла по теме «Путешествия» в речевой ситуации (высказывание
собственного мнения); умение решать проблемные ситуации и принимать решения;
умение планировать свои действия, умение распознавать в тексте нужную
информацию, умение распознавать речь на слух, развитие
творческой деятельности, памяти, догадки, воображения, способности логически
излагать, работать в группах и самостоятельно.
Познавательные: умение делать
выводы, выявлять языковые пробелы, умение строить гипотезы, отстаивать свою
точку зрения, умение анализировать средства по достижению поставленной цели;
увеличение словарного запаса обучающихся (отработка ЛЕ по теме «Путешествия»),
совершенствование техники чтения.
Коммуникативные: способствовать
формированию готовности к иноязычному общению, воспитанию
доброжелательного отношения друг к другу и культуры поведения; уметь
воспринимать иноязычную речь на слух (речь учителя, ученика, диктора);
владение монологической речью, практическая подготовленность ученика
(подставить новые слова и выражения в текст);
Методы обучения: проблемный
метод с элементами имитационной игры.

1. Организационный
этап. Цель– настроить на общение на английском.(3 мин)

Do you like travelling? Today we are
going to travel. It is one of the most mysterious countries of the world. There are some pictures which will help you to know the place to
visit

Let’s read
some information about our destination.
It is the world's
largest island and it’s the smallest continent. The continent is south of the
Equator. Australia is situated south of Asia, between the Pacific and the
Indian Oceans. Australia is the world's driest continent. Much of the land is a
useless desert. Most of the continent is sunny most of the year. Its population
is very small for such a huge country. Many people live far away from towns in
the outback.
The country
consists of 6 (six) states and 2 (two) territories. 16 million people live
in Australia. The capital is Canberra. The official language is
English.
Captain James Cook
discovered Australia in 1770. He was sent to discover the huge land that many
people believed was south of the equator. The first people to live in Australia were
Aborigines.
Australia is an
important producer and exporter of primary products: wool, meat, sugar, coal,
iron, copper, lead, gold and so on. There are unique animals. They are a koala
and a kangaroo.
Sometimes Australia is called “upside down
world”. Because Australia lies in the Southern Hemisphere, where winter comes
in July and summer begins in December. During the Christmas holidays people
often sunbathe on the beach or swim and surf in the ocean

about travelling. Now we will listen to a radio talk and learn some more
interesting places to visit. They are national parks and rivers. First of all
look at the map and read their names in your Workbook at page 67. Then you
should match the place (a-f) with the number of parks and the right rivers. We
will listen twice. Are you ready? Let’s start.
