Store scissors safely to prevent accidental cuts. Store scissors so sharp edges are not exposed. Passing a pair of scissors to another person should be done so that the other person can hold onto the handle.

Make sure to keep the cap on the glue when you're not using it. This will help keep the glue drying out and prevent any spillage if you were to accidentally knock the glue over. Keep all glue products out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contacting glue with eyes.

Тема: Основные геометрические понятия. Названия геометрических фигур, тел. Чтение текста.

Цели: 1. Введение и закрепление новых лексических единиц.

2. Совершенствование навыков чтения и произношения.

3. Развитие творческих способностей.

Оборудование: карточки с лексикой, карточки с текстами, ножницы, клей, развертки геометрических тел, проектор, презентация (применяется в ходе всего занятия).

Ход занятия.

Орг. момент.

Hello! Glad to see. You may be sitting.

Let me check up who is absent today.

Today we shall discuss the basic elements of geometry. The topic is specially taken to activate your knowledge of mathematics and to enlarge your range of interests.

Today we are going to work in pairs. I’ll give you the cards with examples; your task is to read the example and to find the solution. Those who will get one and the same result will be working as a team.

What differs the geometrical figure from the geometrical body? The number of dimensions is different. And we can speak about 2d and 3d.
