  1. Организационный этап.

T: Good afternoon, boys and girls!

Pp: Good afternoon, Alfiya Akramovna!

T: I’m glad to see you!

Pp: We’re glad to see you too!

T: Thank you! I hope you all are good today. You may be seated. Let’s start our lesson.


2. Постановка цели и задач урока. Мотивация учебной деятельности учащихся.

T: Look at the screen, please. What is the theme of our lesson? (Слайд 1)

Pp: “Where is the cat?”

T: Yes, that is! And what do you think we shall speak about? You may say it in Russia.

Pp: О предлогах места.

T: Yes, you are quite right! (Слайд 2) Today we’ll continue speaking where the objects are, that is about the prepositions of place.


3. Актуализация знаний. Фонетическая зарядка.

T: Now, let’s revise them. Look at me and listen. Then, try to repeat.

Показываю на кулачках местоположения в (in), на (on), под (under), над (above), near (рядом).

Altogether now! (Повторяем вместе)


  1. Обобщение и систематизация знаний.

  1. T: Now, let’s look at the screen and practice. Let’s say where the cat is. (Слайд 3-8)


  1. T: Look at the rhyme, let’s read and translate it. (Слайд 9) (На эл.доске написано стихотворение с изображением животных и предметов из рифмовки, читаем)

Where is the mouse?

It is in the house.

Where is the cat?

It is under the hat.

Where are the bears?

They are on the chairs.

Where are the foxes?

They are in the boxes.

Располагаю предметы по-другому.

T: Where’s the mouse now?

P1: It’s near the house.

T: Where are the foxes?

P2: They’re near the boxes.


  1. T: Very well done! Let’s go further! Now, you are to agree or disagree with the following sentences. (Слайд 11). На экране изображение комнаты, в которой лежат различные предметы. Ученики должны согласиться, либо нет. Уточняю слова «agree/disagree».


T: Well, I think it’s high time to have a little rest.

Физминутка “Where is the way…?”

Up and down, up and down

Where is the way to London town?

Where? Where? Up in the air,

Close your eyes and here we’re there.


  1. Применение знаний и умений в новой ситуации.

T: Excellent! Lets do the following.

Контроль навыков аудирования
Учитель раздаёт карточки каждому ученику. Затем учитель рассказывает ученикам, где находятся предметы, например:
The cars are on the table.
The cat is under the chair.
The balls are in the box.
The school bag is near the door. …
и так далее.
Ученики слушают учителя и рисуют картинки в нужных местах. Учителю нужно делать паузы между предложениями, чтобы ученики успевали рисовать картинки.

  1. Контроль усвоения, обсуждение допущенных ошибок и их коррекция.


Now, let’s play a little. I’ll give you out the sheets of paper with the picture of room on it.

Игра в парах

Учитель раздаёт карточки каждому ученику. Ученики, не показывая карточек друг другу, рисуют в них предметы там, где им нравится, например, на столе, под кроватью или в коробке. Когда предметы нарисованы, ученики в парах задают друг другу вопросы: 
Are the cars on the table (under the bed, in the box, ...)? И отвечают на нихNo, they aren't. / Yes, they are. Если ученик не угадал, то задаёт вопрос Where are the (cars)?, чтобы узнать, где его сосед спрятал предметы.

  1. Рефлексия (подведение итогов занятия)

T: So, our lesson is getting over. Your hometask will be the following. I’ll give you out the sheets of paper with the task. You are to fill in the gaps with appropriate preposition. Is it clear?


Now, I’d like to know how you understood the lesson and whether you liked it.

Well, you have colorful smiles on your desks. So, if everything was clear for you and you liked the lesson raise the green smile. If you had some difficulties in any task but still you managed to do them and you liked the lesson, raise the yellow smiles. If you didn’t understand anything, raise your blue smile. (Поднимают смайлы)

Контроль навыков аудирования
Учитель раздаёт карточки каждому ученику. Затем учитель рассказывает ученикам, где находятся предметы, например:
The cars are on the table.
The cat is under the chair.
The balls are in the box.
The school bag is near the door. …
и так далее.
Ученики слушают учителя и рисуют картинки в нужных местах. Учителю нужно делать паузы между предложениями, чтобы ученики успевали рисовать картинки.

Игра в парах

Учитель раздаёт карточки каждому ученику. Ученики, не показывая карточек друг другу, рисуют в них предметы там, где им нравится, например, на столе, под кроватью или в коробке. Когда предметы нарисованы, ученики в парах задают друг другу вопросы:
Are the cars on the table (under the bed, in the box, ...)? И
отвечают на них: No, they aren't. / Yes, they are. Если ученик не угадал, то задаёт вопрос Where are the (cars)?, чтобы узнать, где его сосед спрятал предметы.

7.Рефлексия (подведение итогов занятия)

T: So, our lesson is getting over. Your hometask will be the following. I’ll give you out the sheets of paper with the task. You are to fill in the gaps with appropriate preposition. Is it clear?
